FAQs on Delivery

How can I pay?

We accept payments via GCash, PayPal, bank deposits, debit and credit cards. For bank deposits or GCash, please send the proof of payment to merrymoo@ymail.com. Otherwise, the order will not be processed. We don't accept cash on delivery (COD).

How will items be packed?

Items will be packed inside biodegradable plastic bags, and shipped via riders using insulator bags.

How fast can you ship my order?   

If the items are available and payment has been verified before 5:00 pm, we can ship within the day. For orders placed after 5:00 pm, delivery is not guaranteed within the day and may be shipped the next day.

For big orders like the Party Tub or Bonanza Tub, the shipping time is 3-5 days.

Where can you deliver?

In Metro Manila, we deliver to Alabang, Caloocan, Fairview, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Manila, Marikina, Novaliches, Pasay, Pasig, San Juan, Taguig, Quezon City and Valenzuela City. Outside of Metro Manila, we only deliver to Antipolo, and Taytay.

We cannot deliver to other areas because the great distance from our central kitchen may affect our ice cream’s quality, but you can still get your ice cream fix by going to the nearest Merry Moo location.

Who will arrange the delivery?

We will be the one to arrange for your delivery once proof of payment has been verified. We rely on third party delivery riders which use insulator bags for delivery.

What are your delivery hours?

Delivery time is from 9:30AM to 7PM daily. If orders are placed between 5:01pm onwards, we will try to have it delivered within the same day, if not, then we would deliver the next day.

When can we expect our delivery to arrive?

Delivery time is between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on distance and road conditions. Delivery operations are open from 9:30 am to 7 pm, daily.

Can I cancel my orders?

Once payment has been made, all orders are considered final.


In cases where delivery is attempted by us, but was unsuccessful due to the reasons including but not limited to:

Absence of the recipient
Inability to contact the customer through the provided contact information despite attempts by the delivery personnel
Lack of appropriate or sufficient logistical/road access to deliver the order successfully Lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the ordered items
No-show cancellations
Failure to receive the Order with ten (10) minutes from the time of delivery

        We reserve the right to cancel the order without refund or remedy to you.
